Delivery methods

Depending on the product purchased, the delivery method may vary.

We only use verified and reliable carriers. Shipping by your own carrier is not possible.

All shipments are properly packed and insured.

Delivery time

Each product has a specific shipping time. Depending on the type of product, the shipping time may vary. Most decorations are created to order by artists and due to the creative and technological process it can take up to 2-3 weeks.

After packaging, the product is handed over to a shipping company, which delivers the goods in Europe within a few working days.

Shipment status

To check the status of your shipment find the confirmation email and the shipping number. In the content there should also be a link to track it.

Not all carriers provide a publicly accessible tracking system, so we remain in contact at all times.

Delivery complaints

We only use proven and reliable international carriers. Despite our best efforts, it can happen that a consignment arrives damaged.

In order to be able to consider your complaint, we must receive photographic documentation of the damage and a damage report written down with the courier during delivery.

REMEMBER: If you notice damage on the packaging, check the contents with the courier! Take photos and write the damage protocol, which the courier has.

Shipping of returns

To return a product you do not like, you must deliver it to us at your own expense. You can use your own carrier or contact us to have us choose a carrier for you.

If you would like us to arrange for a shipping company to collect the returned goods please contact us by emailing: info@oh-pop.com.

If you are shipping the product yourself please let us know by emailing us at: info@oh-pop.com. Write the consignment note number and the name of the shipping company.
